Most people, having grown up in a sex negative culture and witnessed unhealthy relationships, have not had the opportunity to learn important life skills and mastery in the realms of relationships and sexuality. Often we are afraid to even talk about sex and relationship issues. Even People who have healthy and satisfying relationships can benefit from more communication skills and becoming even more ecstatic and orgasmic. In additional to Compassionate Listening and Communication as well as practical relationship skills and progressive sex education, I work with deep transformational practices using Somatic Psychologies, Emotional Release, and Tantra. Any relationship needs an on-going support system in place to be successful, especially in these modern times. I recommend reaching out to create your support system and to learn tools that may be crucial when an issue comes up. I offer Mediation and Compassionate Communication practices like Non-violent Communication (NVC) and Imago Therapy. I also offer and teach Tantric Practice, Initiation, and Ceremony. I am a certified Tantra Teacher and Divine Bliss Couples Coach. I have knowledge and experience with alternative relationship styles as well as a deep respect for monogamy and the sacred container of committed relationship. Coaching is usually done in person at my comfortable and private healing space in SF or over the phone. I work with talk therapy as well as somatic and embodied practices that can be done in person or over the phone. Coaching sessions are usually an hour to an hour and a half in length. I give homework suggestions to continue your learning between sessions. I recommend scheduling coaching sessions ahead of time once a week or as needed. The focus of my Coaching Practice for Women is on empowering women in all aspects of life including the sexual realm. Much of our power comes from being in touch with our sexual and creative self. If we are empowered in this realm it affects all the others. Tantra is Goddess Worship and originated in cultures that lived in close connection with the earth and natural cycles. They worshiped the divine in feminine form. Women were revered as Shakti, the creative and sexual power of the universe. Tantra emphasizes yin style love making and being rather than doing. In Tantric practice the woman often leads and sets the pace. Her well being and pleasure are of the up most importance. Rejuvenating Tantric Ceremony for Women You deserve to feel safe to totally relax and receive nurturing and healing touch. You will first be welcomed into a warm and sensual environment that will be a delight to your senses. Through simple tantric practices using awakening the senses, guided meditation, visualization, breath, and sound you will relax into an embodied and heightened tantric state. Then you will have the opportunity to relax and receive full body nurturing touch including massage, chakra clearing and opening, and energy work. I use pure warmed organic coconut oil and essential oils for a luxurious experience. You will emerge from this experience rejuvenated, renewed, and activated. A cup of tea will be served to you at the end of the session. I recommend allowing at least an hour and a half for this ceremony. Pelvic Healing Ceremony for Women This ceremony includes everything above in the Tantric Ceremony plus allows extra time for Pelvic Healing work and/or Somatic Psychology and Emotional Release work. Receiving deep healing touch in this area can effectively heal sexual, medical, and birth related traumas as well as open one to experience more ease and ecstasy and become more orgasmic. This ceremony helps connect the mind body pathways between your mind and heart and your pelvic area, including your root and womb chakras. The root chakra or Muladhara activates your sense of physical presence, embodiment, and power in the world. Your Womb chakra, also know as Svadithana, activates your ability to enjoy life, feel emotions and pleasure, be creative, and relate effectively with the world. We will use practices for embodiment, rebirthing breath, vocalization, and emotional release to melt away trauma or stuck energy that is often held in this area of the body and to open up to more ecstatic life force energy. You will emerge from this experience blissful, ecstatic, and activated. A cup of tea will be served to you at the end of the session and time will be allowed for integration. I recommend allowing 2-3 hours for this ceremony. I highly recommend receiving Pelvic Healing Session in the context of on-going coaching as this work is deep and powerful. I offer information and resources for every family to create the birth vision that is right for them and to give birth to their new family together in a safe and supportive environment. I attend hospital births as well as home births and although I encourage gentle and natural birthing practices my main focus is on empowering each woman's choices and each families unique birth experience. I encourage the possibility of Ecstatic Birthing through healing personal birth trauma before labor, hearing about and seeing positive images of birth, and getting comfortable with the sensual and sexual aspects of birth.
